Figma - Advanced,

Design Systems - Advanced,

Prototyping Tools - Advanced,

Multiplatform UI frameworks - Advanced,

AI-assisted workflows - Basic

What we expect in general?

Hands-on experience in UX/UI design for complex software tools (5+ years)
Proficiency in user-centric design, prototyping, and usability testing
Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual polish.
Interest in AI-assisted development or low-code platforms
Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Fluency in English at C1 level
Availability to work in our office (Krakow) from time to time or travelling to the customer (Europe)
Prior experience in a startup environment is highly valued.
