What we expect in general:

5+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally in migrations, developer tooling, infrastructure, or build tools ecosystems
Proven track record of delivering complex projects in technical environments
Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly language
Data-driven approach to decision making
Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and a multi-threaded focus
High ownership mindset—you take initiative, follow through, and learn by doing
Proactive and adaptable—comfortable navigating ambiguity and seizing opportunities
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
