What & How

We are looking for a Regular/ Senior Technical Account Manager. Some of the tasks in this role are:
  • Development and maintenance of strong and trustworthy relationships with important clients/partners
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Project settlement & close cooperation with Financial Team
  • Supporting Sales Team in the document preparation process

    What we expect

    • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an IT/tech company
    • Experience in building & maintaining long-term relationships with partners
    • Experience in servicing B2B clients (various sizes of companies, including corporate clients)
    • Being fluent in English & Polish (both writing and speaking)
    • Goal-oriented & proactive person
    • Strong communication & negotiation skills
    • Nice to have: e-commerce experience, sales background
