Distributed Systems & Message Buses (e.g., Kafka): Regular

Desired professional profile & core competencies:

Proven track record matching Staff-level expertise in large-scale distributed environments (e.g., Google, Databricks, Apple, Meta)
Deep proficiency in at least one backend language (C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Go, Python) with polyglot codebase adaptability
Hands-on experience with streaming and data processing frameworks (Spark, Delta Lake, or equivalent log pipelines)
Demonstrated expertise in live production migrations, rollback planning, and automated parity testing
Proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools to optimize daily execution and project delivery
Strong self-direction, strategic alignment, and high-level technical communication skills
Professional English proficiency (C1+ level) ensuring seamless technical communication
