Job description
You will work as part of a 4-person team working with internal company infrastructure - both maintanining and actively improving and developing it. The main focus of this role is on hardware and onboarding/offboarding processes, however you will have lots of opportunities to develop in other areas as well - systems, networking, cloud and others.

What we expect in general
Strong skills in the installation, configuration and problem solving of a wide range of operating systems, software & utilities including operating systems (mainly macOS)
Solid PC Hardware skills – competent in all aspects of PC / laptop / peripheral installation, repair, parts replacement and configuration, etc.
Strong communication skills
Communicative English & Polish, both written and verbal
Strong communication skills.
Nice to have:
IT background (eg. IT courses, education related to computer science or any technical college)
Skills in the Office software (MS Excel / Google Sheets, MS Word / Google Docs; most commons functions)
Knowledge of ITAM solutions
Knowledge of MDM systems
Knowledge of ticketing systems
Basics of scripting and automation solutions
Knowledge of security standards and solutions
Experience in a similar role
Proficient in using technology and navigating multiple systems
