Responsibilities:
Verification of documents for formal and accounting accuracy
Allocation of costs and revenues
Preparation and management of B2B contracts
Issuing sales invoices
Monitoring receivables and cash flows (AR / AP)
Preparing reports and analyses
Managing corporate cards and monitoring card transactions
Preparing payments
Preparing data for accounting purposes

What we expect in general
Willingness to work in a hybrid system (2-3 days per week in the office)
Relevant education in finance and accounting
Experience in a similar position - minimum 2 years
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Good command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Fluent proficiency in Polish (C1/C2 level)
Communicative proficiency in English (B2 level)
Independence, accuracy, and ability to organize own work
Communication skills and ability to work in a team
Familiarity with accounting software systems (preferred)
