Responsibilities: 

  • Verification of documents for formal and accounting accuracy

  • Allocation of costs and revenues

  • Preparation and management of B2B contracts

  • Issuing sales invoices

  • Monitoring receivables and cash flows (AR / AP)

  • Preparing reports and analyses

  • Managing corporate cards and monitoring card transactions

  • Preparing payments

  • Preparing data for accounting purposes

What we expect in general 

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid system (2-3 days per week in the office)

  • Relevant education in finance and accounting

  • Experience in a similar position - minimum 2 years

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and standards

  • Good command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel

  • Fluent proficiency in Polish (C1/C2 level)

  • Communicative proficiency in English (B2 level)

  • Independence, accuracy, and ability to organize own work

  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Familiarity with accounting software systems (preferred)
