Shape the future of a rapidly scaling UK insurance leader. You’ll be responsible for security operations in a modern security stack and streamline integration capabilities to unify a high-growth MGA and brokerage ecosystem. Key tasks include incident response, AV/EDR operations, creating and updating security policies, SIEM operations, IAM hardening.

5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering or Security Engineering roles
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Security Stack, including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Intune, Networking Security, and Cloud Security.
Proficiency in Security practices: incident reponse, security analysis, hardening.
Experience with securing and maintaining Microsoft Stack services
Experience with insurance infrastructure is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
English at B2+ level

On-Premise Infrastructure Engineer
Linux & System Administration - Advanced

PowerShell / Windows administration - Regular
macOS infrastructure support - Basic
Solid background in Linux administration and a deep understanding of networking concepts.
Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing on-premise developer tools (such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and BuildBarn).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash and Python; basic knowledge of PowerShell is an asset) to automate administrative tasks.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve system performance problems at scale.
Readiness to support a multi-platform environment (primarily Linux, with secondary support for Windows and macOS).
Commercial experience working within large-scale Enterprise or financial environments is highly preferred.
At least 5 years of commercial experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering.
English skills at a [B2/C1] level, allowing for seamless communication.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation
Experience in CI/CD configuration and GitOps (ArgoCD)
Good understanding of modern cloud-based / cloud-native systems
Ability to design complex architecture in public cloud space (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with private cloud is a plus
