Developer / AI Support Engineer

Required skills:

Programming skills - advanced

Developer support - advanced

English - advanced

Communication skills - advanced

Issue-tracking system (Jira/YouTrack) - regular

Git - basic

Bash - regular

AI tools - regular

What we expect in general:

At least two years of experience in providing customer support for commercial software tools.

Coding experience (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript or Go).
Experience with issue-tracking systems, such as YouTrack or Jira.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills and customer support
Knowledge of one or more JetBrains IDEs.
Knowledge of major OSs, Bash, SSH, and SQL.
Experience with any AI tool for IDEs, such as JetBrains AI Assistant, Github Copilot, or Cursor AI.
Understanding of version control systems.
Knowledge of network protocols.
Experience in collecting and sharing knowledge.
